Tired and Exhausted

Ponder this. Are you tired? And maybe even exhausted? Most of us have days filled with a host of activities-from work, family, school, and all sorts of extracurricular activities. We may even find ourselves rushing from one activity to the next without time to catch our breath.
When our days are filled to the brim and we find ourselves exhausted on a regular basis, it may be time to re-evaluate our daily schedule. If, for example, you find that the time you spend with your family each day has dropped to the lowest level on the priority list, an adjustment may be necessary.
It may be time for a spring cleaning of activities in your life that will allow room for peace to enter your day. If the Lord has called you to be a father or mother and has gifted you with children, make room each day for time together, even if it means dropping some nonessential activities from your schedule. Sharing a meal is a great way to connect with family each evening.
Take time to get off the busy bus and share time with those you love, and don't forget to bring the Lord into all your daily activities.
