At Ponderful Moments®, we are committed to providing high-quality Catholic resources that inspire faith and reflection. Because many of our products are custom printed on demand, our return policy differs from that of traditional retail stores.

 

Digital Downloads

All digital products, including downloadable PDF files, are provided immediately upon purchase or download and are non-refundable.

 

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
 

Printed Products

Printed products are produced specifically for your order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong item or quantity

• Customer input errors

• Custom or personalized products

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
   

Once reviewed, we will work with our printing partner to replace the affected items at no additional cost whenever appropriate.

 

Cancellations

Because orders are sent to production shortly after they are placed, cancellation requests can only be honored if production has not yet begun.
