Prepare For Your Last Day On Earth

Ponder this. Imagine for a moment that you are lying on your deathbed. This is a great exercise to do each day in preparation for your very last day on earth.
Think about the tests you've ever taken, the job interviews you've had, and the many life celebrations you've been a part of. In all of these cases, preparation makes for successful outcomes.
The same is true for dying. We must prepare every day for the day we are to die, in case today might be our last.
Make sure you are right with the Lord, first and foremost. If you are a Catholic, make sure you are in the state of grace by receiving the sacrament of confession often.
Next, make sure you are right with your family, friends, and all those who are in your world. Apologize to those who have offended you and mend relationships that need healing.
Make each day a preparation for your last day on earth, because it just may be.
