Ponder this. Most of us live our lives not thinking all that much about where we are going to spend eternity. I think I can safely say that many believe they will be in a better place when they die. After all, at nearly every funeral we attend, we hear that our dearly departed loved one is no longer in pain and that they're in a better place. Sound familiar?

Unfortunately, the Lord has something else to say in Sacred Scripture. Jesus said that the road to hell is wide, and many go there. Jesus can’t be serious, can He? How can that be, when we are assured at the passing of our loved ones that they are in a much better place?

I don’t know about you, but I’m going to follow the Lord down the narrow path to Heaven, where only a few may go. I’m inviting you to take this path as well. It’s a rugged path and sometimes painful, but your eternal reward is so worth it.

Hell is real, and it’s no tropical vacation. Plan your eternity by taking the narrow path. Follow Jesus and the teachings of His Church. Your eternal paradise awaits.
