Bring Peace and Love In Your Life

Ponder this. When you fall in love with another person, you tend to be preoccupied with them in thought. You simply can't get them out of your mind, and you can't wait until you see them again. With this longing to be with them comes the desire to please them, to please the other. You must get to know them and what makes them happy.
For example, buying a set of pots and pans for your spouse who does not cook would not be the best way to express your love. In contrast, giving the mother of your children a day of relaxation away from the kids may be a great expression of love.
Loving God is much the same as loving someone special in your life. In order to show your love for God, you must get to know Him and what pleases Him. And He tells us often in Sacred Scripture exactly what is pleasing to Him. If we love Him, we must keep His commandments.
Do we even know them? Let's get to know the Ten Commandments, study them, pray about them, and obey them completely. Loving and serving the Lord by obedience to His commandments will bring joy to your life and peace in your heart.
