Ponder this. God has told us in Sacred Scripture to be fruitful and multiply. Multiply. Doesn't God know that we are really busy? Doesn't He realize that we have demanding jobs and that we're under a lot of stress? How can God ask us to multiply when our lives are already really busy and seemingly complete?

God knows everything. He knew what our lives would be like in America in the 21st century. But we have replied to God, No thanks. I'll decide if and when I will be fruitful and multiply. For decades, contraception has become routine, often used without the thought of God's plan for us.

Think for a moment about being open to God's gift of life within the covenant of marriage. Natural family planning is good for your marriage, your health, and your spirit. Ponder being open to God's greatest gift, the gift of life.
