Ponder this. My children used to love to sing a song called "The Song That Never Ends." And believe me, it never ended because it became stuck in my head. Have you ever had a song stuck in your head? Over and over again, the song repeats itself, and you can't seem to make it stop.

In much the same way, the Holy Spirit wants to fill you up. He not only wants to be the continual voice in your head, but in your heart as well. The Holy Spirit wants to set your body, soul, and spirit on fire with love.

The question is, how do we become filled with the Holy Spirit? Filled with love? One way is to turn off the tunes, turn off the noise in your head, and spend some time in quiet solitude. It may sound boring at first, but once the Holy Spirit enters your heart, you become a vessel of love.

We are called to find time each day to pray and allow the Holy Spirit to work in and through us. Create quiet moments in your day, and allow the Holy Spirit to fill you up, becoming the only voice, the only repeating tune in your head.
