We Are Terminal

Ponder this. Imagine for a moment that you have just met with your doctor, who informs you that you have a terminal illness. Your first reaction is disbelief, followed by a host of other emotional responses. The word terminal sounds so permanent.
Maybe it's time for us all to face the fact that we all have a terminal condition. It's called life. Just like a plane that reaches its terminal, our life will reach its final day. We are terminal. When our final day arrives, it's always best to disembark prepared for our eternal destination.
Just like any vacation destination here on Earth, you want to be prepared to enjoy the place of your retreat. Plan for heaven to be your destination after your terminal condition on this Earth comes to an end. Get to know your heavenly host, the King of kings, and what He requires for entry into His paradise, and then your eternity awaits.
