Ponder this. It is the threshold issue of our time. Without life, we do not need a job or a robust economy. There is no need for schools, roads, or energy. Without life, there is no need for Medicare, Medicaid, or health insurance. Every issue, every problem, and even every joy cannot exist without life.

As Sacred Scripture tells us, God is the very author of life. He knows each and every one of us, and He loves us. God created each of us with great dignity. Why? Because we were created in His very image. We are called to see the dignity in all human life, from conception until natural death.
