Ponder this. Isn't it enjoyable to be out on the beach in the summer, basking in the sun? Everyone who has spent time in the sun knows that the longer you are exposed to the sun's rays, the more the sun will change you. Your skin tone deepens, and the heat of the sun can be felt on your skin. After a day in the sun, we become acutely aware of the impact of the powerful, invisible rays on our skin.

There's another Son who is powerful and changes us in mighty ways. It's God's Son, Jesus Christ. Like the rays of the sun in the sky, the more we expose ourselves to God's Son, the more He will change us.

Do you expose yourself to the Son of God every day so that He can change you and bring His light into your life? God calls us to bask in His Son every day through prayer, reading Sacred Scripture, and following His commandments. Expose yourself to the powerful effects the Son of God can have in your life every day—it will change you forever.
